It explains the relationship between us and our users, the basic rules for account use, and how we handle promotions, payments and disputes. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. Only one account per person is permitted and you must not share login details. You must keep your password and security details confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or breaches of these terms. Any winnings arising from such breaches may be voided.
Eligibility requirements
Accounts are available only to users who meet the minimum legal age and other eligibility criteria for their jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to gamble where you reside. We may refuse registration or restrict access from certain countries. Using a VPN or other location-masking tools to bypass restrictions is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Acceptable platform use

You must not use automated tools, bots, collusion, card-counting systems in breach of game rules, or any other methods intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities. Abusive behaviour towards staff or other players, spamming, and attempts to interfere with the platform are not permitted. Repeated breaches may lead to permanent suspension and loss of balances.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms shown where the promotion is offered. Bonus funds and free spins carry their own terms such as eligibility, wagering, game contribution and expiry.
